Hi, I’m Zhisong Huo

I build the internal tools your team actually opens every morning.

I’m a freelance Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solution architect. Most of my projects start the same way: a business has outgrown spreadsheets and manual handovers, or it has a CRM people avoid because it doesn’t fit the way they work.

What I do about that

  • Custom Dynamics 365 modules — quoting and pricing engines, production and sample tracking, task management
  • Power Apps & Power Automate — removing the manual steps sitting between systems
  • Azure back ends — for when Dataverse is the wrong home for the data: Functions, SQL, Blob Storage, and Microsoft Graph
  • Power BI reporting, and Copilot Studio where an assistant genuinely earns its place

I work end to end — requirements, architecture, build, deployment, documentation, and handover — so what I leave behind can be maintained without me.

Background

My journey in the Microsoft ecosystem began with .NET and SharePoint development. When the Power Platform emerged, I discovered its potential to empower businesses with seamless, user-friendly tools — and moving from traditional development to low-code innovation gave me a perspective that spans both worlds: I know when a canvas app is enough, and when the problem calls for real code.

Today I’m a Top Rated Plus freelancer on Upwork (top 3% of talent) with numerous 5-star reviews across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio engagements.
